What does Ayurveda say about Obesity ?
In Ayurveda the excessive weight or flabbiness in the body is called Sthaulya. According to Ayurveda, Sthaulya (Obesity) is caused due to an imbalance in the three doshas which are Vata, Pitta, Kapha.
